Red Bull Illume

Red Bull Illume is the world’s greatest adventure and action sports imagery contest. It showcases the most creative and captivating images on the planet, while illuminating the passion, lifestyle and culture behind the photographers that shoot them.

A panel of 50 world-renowned photo editors and digital experts from international publication in the news, photography and sports industries will select the 11 Category Winners and the Overall Winner for the one-of-a-kind photography competition. All finalists are invited to the Winner Award Ceremony from November 18 -20, 2019, hosted at 2275m high in the LUMEN – Museum of Mountain Photography atop Kronplatz, Italy. It’s a 3-day event brimming with the most influential photography people in the world, all anticipating the announcement of the winners on the final day, November 20, 2019.

After the unveiling, all finalist images travel to capitals and cultural hubs on three continents in parallel on the Red Bull Illume Exhibit Tour – an unprecedented level of exposure.
